SFLY WARRANTY DETAILS
CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS

1. QUOTATIONS
Quotations issued by Sichuan Skyfly Machinery&Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., ("SFLY") unless otherwise stated in them, shall be open for acceptance within (30) days of the date of the quotation.

2. PRICES

Prices quoted for SFLY products are ex-works and exclude packing, insurance, carriage, and other taxes or duties.

3. PAYMENTS
a) All invoices are payable in full without discount of any kind in the currency in which they were issued and under no circumstances shall the customer be entitled to make any deduction or withhold payment for any reason at all, or delay settlement beyond the terms specified by "SFLY".

b) Without prejudice to any other rights of "SFLY" if the Customer fails to pay the invoice amount by the due date, "SFLY" shall have the right to charge interest on any overdue amount from the date on which payment was due to that on which it was made (whether before or after judgement) on a daily basis at a rate of 4 % per annum over the base rate from time to time quoted for the currency in which the invoice was issued and reimburse to "SFLY" all costs and expenses (including legal costs) incurred in the collection of any overdue amount.
4. RETURN OF PARTS

SFLY parts cannot be returned without written consent from "SFLY", and if granted will be subject to a 15 % handling charge.
5. DISCLAIMER
All manufacturers names, numbers, symbols and descriptions are for reference purposes only and it is not implied that any part used is the product of these manufacturers.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY WILL BE QUOTED AGAINST SPECIFIC ENQUIRES
WARRANTY
All SFLY replacement parts ("Parts") sold by Sichuan Skyfly Machinery&Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., are warranted to be free from defects in material and manufacture when correctly installed and operated under normal use and conditions in a properly serviced and maintained machine.

CONDITIONS
This warranty is valid for twelve months from the date of purchase by the customer. During this period " SFLY" will, at its discretion, replace any Parts, which are found upon its inspection to be defective in material or manufacture. Replacement Parts will be provided to the customer at a place of business of "SFLY" or other establishment authorised by "SFLY". The Warranty does not include labour to remove or replace parts.

LIMITATIONS
The customer of any Warranty claim must notify "SFLY" in writing. "SFLY" reserves the right to examine every item that is subject to a claim under this Warranty.
Parts that are subject to a claim under this Warranty must not be removed from the machine or returned to "SFLY" until "SFLY" issues written authorization.
"SFLY" does not warrant any of it's Parts that have been altered from the original specifications, misused, or damaged by accident or negligence.
This Warranty is provided solely to the direct customers of "SFLY" and not to any other party, and it is expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied. "SFLY" expressly disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Remedies under this Warranty are expressly limited to replacement Parts as specified above. All other claims for loss arising out of the failure of any Part is excluded, including claims for, direct or indirect economic or moral loss and special or consequential damages.
Any legal claims or procedures under this Warranty are to be adjudicated in Chengdu, Sichuan China through the Chinese courts.
